Free cancellation in case of quarantine obligation

We grant you a free cancellation if the legal provisions stipulate a mandatory quarantine when entering Austria or when returning to your home country, which cannot be circumvented by an officially recognized negative Covid-19 test. In this case, cancellation free of charge applies no earlier than two weeks to 24 hours before arrival.

Free cancellation in case of travel warning

If there is a travel warning from your home area for our region during the booking period, we grant you free cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival (or in case of uncertainty no earlier than two weeks before arrival if classified as a risk area).

free corona cancellation insurance

This Covid-19 cancellation insurance applies automatically to all bookings from May 1st to October 31st, 2021 (last possible day of arrival). No action is required on your part for the insurance cover to be valid.
The insurance provides full compensation for cancellations before the start of the trip. It applies in the event of a Covid-19 illness or an officially ordered quarantine for you or your family members in the common household. You can find all information HERE.

General cancellation policy

• Bookings for summer 2021 can be canceled free of charge from 14 days to 7 days before arrival, depending on the booking period. You will receive details in the course of the offer.
• In the event of cancellation after 14 or 7 days or no-show, 90% of the total costs must be paid.
