Check-in on the day of arrival from

4 p.m. An earlier check-in is possible on request.

Check-out on the day of departure by 10 a.m. A late check-out is possible on request.

Payment

Deposit is 25 % of the total amount, due until 7 days after booking.

Final payment 75 % of the total amount, due until 3 days before arrival. 

Cancellation

The cancellation conditions depending on the booking period. We would be happy to inform you in detail upon request.

Pre-Check-In

A few weeks before arrival, we will send you a link via email for a pre-check-in (online registration). Here you can easily enter the data of all travelers in the online form from home.

WebApp Clara

The key chip will be left for you in the key safe at the entrance. This allows you to arrive flexibly and independently at any time. We will then be happy to welcome you personally to the apartment and are available to answer any questions you may have. You will receive all the necessary information well in advance of your arrival.

Deposit

No security deposit is required. However, we ask that you treat the furnishings with care and report any damage immediately.

Pets

Pets are principle not allowed. There are exceptions in individual cases. Please ask us in advance.

Non smoking apartment

Smoking is only permitted on the balcony in the fresh mountain air.
